UNDER DEVELOPMENT
In order to use the 'Routedirect' and 'Swiftlink' transport services, you need to be registered with Routeforward, and have sufficient balance in your Account for the trips you wish to make.
You can top up your account balance online if you have a debit or credit card, or in person by visiting the Cashiers in the Council House, Earl Street, Coventry. Cashiers can take payments by cash, cheque, or credit or debit card. You will need to supply your Routeforward Membership Number.
    
If you wish to top up online, please access the City Council's secure online payment service through the link below.
The following tips should help you through the online payment process.
- Ensure you have your credit or debit card to hand, and know your Routeforward Membership Number.
- On the Council's payment site, please click on 'Other Payments' in the first list.
- On the next page you are presented with, choose 'Routeforward' from the drop-down choices for 'Service' ...
- .. then choose either 'Routedirect' or 'SwiftLink', depending on the service you are using, from the drop-down choices for 'Item'
- Then enter your Routeforward Membership Number, Name, and Address, and the Amount you wish to pre-pay from your credit or debit card.
- There is also a box for any message or special instruction you would like to send, with your payment, to the Routeforward team.
- Click on the 'Continue' button when you are happy you have entered all your details correctly
- If you make a mistake, you can click on the 'Reset' button at any time to start again, or the 'Back' button to leave the page completely.
